Please act earlier to secure a better location on the show ground. 50% deposit is required within 30 days after receipt of the confirmation and the balance is due by 31 August 2020. For any inquiries on the booking procedure, please contact us.

Space Assignment
Exhibit space is assigned on a first-come, first served, space-available basis. Please contact the sales representative if you are willing to join the national/regional pavilion he is organizing.
Priority Assignment
Returned exhibitors will have the exclusive priority to get its stand location where they had the stands at previous Shiptec exhibitions. A new exhibitor who looks for a bare space stand over 36sqm in size or a corner shell scheme stand will have the priority to choose a location on the floor plan right after his space application is received.
